Return Policy
Returns Policy – The No Bull Shed Company
At The No Bull Shed Company, we pride ourselves on delivering the toughest kitset steel sheds. We are committed to compliance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and ensuring our customers understand their rights when purchasing from us.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns if you change your mind after purchase. This includes circumstances where you have ordered the wrong product, changed your build plans, or no longer require the item. Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, businesses are not obliged to provide a remedy in cases where the product is not faulty.
Faulty or Defective Products
If the product you receive is faulty, does not function as intended, or fails to meet the guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you are entitled to a remedy.
A fault may include (but is not limited to):
- Structural defects in components.
- Missing or incorrectly manufactured parts.
- Materials not performing to the standards reasonably expected.
Where a fault is minor and can be repaired, we will arrange for repair within a reasonable timeframe. If the fault is serious or cannot be remedied within a reasonable period, you may be entitled to a replacement or full refund.
All claims must be made as soon as reasonably possible after the fault is discovered. You will be required to provide proof of purchase and allow our team to inspect the issue before any remedy is confirmed.
Conditions of Return (Faulty Products Only)
If a return is approved due to a fault:
- The product must be returned in its original or secure packaging
- All components, fixings, and documentation must be included
- We will cover the cost of return transport if the fault is confirmed
If it is not practical to return the goods, we will make alternative arrangements, including on-site assessment or collection, at our discretion.
What Is Not Covered
The following are not considered faults under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993:
- Damage resulting from incorrect installation or misuse
- General wear and tear
- Modifications made after delivery
- Products purchased for business use (unless otherwise agreed)
